These Terms and Conditions govern use of the Website notoapathy.com, purchases made through the merchandise shop (when available), newsletter subscriptions, and general interaction with the Website and its content.

No To Apathy is operated by NO TO APATHY LDA single-member private limited company, registered under Tax ID 519317068, with registered office at Avenida Narciso Ferreira, 220 loja 25, 4765-202 Riba de Ave, Vila Nova de Famalicão, Braga District, Portugal. Anyone can contact us at info@notoapathy.com for any questions about these Terms.

By using the Website, placing an order, or subscribing to the Newsletter, you agree to these Terms to the extent applicable to your use.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, No To Apathy, Unipessoal LDA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use of the Website or purchase of products, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits or business interruption.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Portuguese or EU law. Nothing in these Terms affects mandatory statutory consumer rights.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Portugal. Any dispute arising from these Terms or use of the Website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Portuguese courts. If you are a consumer, this clause does not deprive you of any mandatory protections or procedural rights available under applicable consumer law.
